leadership in the health and life insurance industry. As the founder and principal of Legacy Group United, she has built a
multi-state agency that specializes in Affordable Care Act (ACA) plans, Medicare, supplemental health coverage, and
benefits consulting.
In 2025, Natisha expanded her expertise into the healthcare delivery sector by launching a wound care venture that
generated millions in sales within its first six months. This rapid success reflected her ability to identify growth
opportunities, build strong provider partnerships, and deliver innovative solutions that improve patient care while driving
revenue.
Her expertise spans ACA marketplace navigation, Medicare compliance, and DME/wound care distribution. Natisha has
successfully developed and implemented agent training programs, standardized operating procedures, and compliance
protocols aligned with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements.
